Securing the Critical Minerals Supply Chain

Princeton Critical Minerals (PCM) resolves the structural bottlenecks in critical mineral production.

WHO WE ARE

We are an integrated team of scientists, engineers, and analysts. Our goal is to work with suppliers for maximizing recovery, reducing waste, compressing timelines, and unlocking scalable supply – today.

WHAT DEFINES US

We don’t just build for "tomorrow." Our Lilypad and SmartPond technologies are designed to be deployed on existing assets right now, providing an immediate uplift in performance without the need for massive construction or downtime.

Born from a foundation of rigorous research at Princeton University and a "first-principles" approach to chemical engineering, we solve the most complex challenges in mineral recovery. We specialize in unlocking value from low-concentration sources, resources that traditional methods often overlook or deem uneconomic.

Extraction shouldn’t come at the cost of the environment. Our E-LiTE technology is engineered to maximize water recovery and minimize chemical consumption, lowering operational footprint while improving recovery efficiency - even from low-concentration brines.

PCM delivers end-to-end solutions for the mineral recovery lifecycle, ensuring seamless strategic integration and operational scaling through:

  • Specialized consultation services for the design, assessment, and environmental optimization of mineral production ponds
  • Comprehensive technical training in solar evaporation and the recovery of minerals from production ponds to empower onsite personnel
  • Turnkey management of the construction and installation of mineral production ponds and the precision installation of evaporators
  • Expert repair and maintenance services to maximize system uptime and resource recovery efficiency.

Our Sites

Newark, New Jersey

As the central operational anchor for Princeton Critical Minerals, our Newark headquarters drives the core R&D and engineering innovations powering our global network. It serves as the strategic command center where proprietary technology is conceptualized, validated, and transformed into scalable blueprints. Beyond technical discovery, this facility orchestrates global manufacturing, macro-logistics, and commercial strategy, providing the centralized governance and supply chain security required to support high-impact regional operations like PureLi SpA.

Antofagasta, Chile

Based in Antofagasta, Chile, PureLi SpA brings PCM’s technology directly to the heart of the Lithium Triangle. As our regional operations center, PureLi provides the localized expertise and on-site support necessary to optimize the world’s most significant brine deposits. We ensure our advanced extraction solutions are integrated seamlessly into large-scale operations for immediate impact.
